what ever happened to tv

when i was a kid to hear a dirty 4 letter word on tv it was a cable chanel that you pay extra for but now you can hear and almost watch alot of them at time that children would be watching i have 2 young children and i wouldnt want them to see however the responsible parent should still make sure they dont watch it but its almost sad really that over the past 10-15 years has had a culture shock somewhere i guess it is not a real problem for me because i understand the complex innerworkings of keeping remote out of reach and how to use parental gaurd but some ppl may not have access to things like that
