I was born in a poor family from a small village, but a child of forturn who had the chance to have further study. I spent my university tuition and living expense by doing some part-time job, winning scholarships and borrowing some money from my relatives or friends. I graduated in July 2006. Now I am still in debt, though it is not a burden for me! But when I communicate with my friends, some of them have been marriaged, some do some investment with the spare money, or to do the preparation for their futher marriage! As we need money to buy a house, to raise the baby and so on! All of these are far wawy from me! I earn low money! some friends have persuaded me to hunt for a better job as I have the ability to earn more money! That is true, but in my company, the leaders think highly of me. I do not want to quit the job because I have the chance to learn more things about the industry! I do not know whether I think in the right way! If you were me, what would you do ?

As you mentioned, there is something great in the area where you are working. It might be beneficial to stay a bit longer and learn as much as you can about the industry. You might start your own business when you learn how to do it. But if there are better one's, you might consider transferring. Consider its advantages and disadvantages of your actions. Good luck!

for me experience is probably more important. The more experience you are the more knowledge and skills you have. With those in hand, you are able to demand a higher salary when looking for a job. investment is good- you should try to invest but its best to discuss with a financial advisor first. how long have you been working in your current company? if you enjoy it then i guess there's no problem..but if you think that you need more money then perhaps you should start looking for other opportunities outside. good luck!
