Mylot messages

Is anyone else having trouble getting their messages on Mylot? I have had people send me emails or PM me on other forums that they sent me a message on Mylot but I've never received them. I sent a message to Mylot asking if there was a glitch in the system but have never heard back.
I was also wondering if there is a way I'm just not seeing to delete old messages.

I'm not receiving very many from mylots. Maybe 10 since noon.
