We all watch movies and animes right? We all have favorite movies and animes? But what are you favorite movie and anime quotes? dogma Quotes "What are you going to do hit me with that fish?"-metatron. Star Wars " Luke I am your father." - Darth Vader Austin Powers " Yeah baby yeah." - Austin Powers Terminator " I'll be back" - the terminator. These were a few examples. The first one is my favorite quote from dogma by the metatron who was played by Alan Rickman. So now that I have your creative juices flowing what are yours?

Do not try... DO Yoda to Luke when levitating the ship. Only one that comes to mind right offhand. Eanna could probably rattle off a lot more that I use without thinking of it.

Oh boy, I love movies with great scripts and we use favorite lines all the time in our house. Some of my favorites: "Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining." Clint Eastwood in The Outlaw Josie Wales. "You're gonna need a bigger boat." Roy Scheider in Jaws. "On my signal, unleash hell." Russel Crowe in Gladiator. smiles, ink

I loved Dogma.. I liked: "no more yanky my wanky, Donger need food" from Sixteen Candles. When Judd Nelson told the teacher: "Eat my Sh*t" in the Breakfast Club. Back then all I wanted to do is say this to every single teacher I had. The best one I have heard recently was from an amazing movie called "Once", it was an independent film that is Irish I think, it won an Academy award for the song- Falling SLowly- which is great, it even beat out Disney songs- ok I love music. Anyway, there was a line in there that the female lead character said after the male lead invited her to his place- "I hanky panky you?" She had a Czech accent and it was pretty funny- I can't stop saying it. Have a great day!

Your favorite quote, "Luke I am your father" isn't even in Star Wars Episode 5: Empire Strikes Back! :) Or in any movie for that matter, except maybe parodies. The actual quote is "No. I am your father." But it has been misquoted so many times that it's common wisdom that the quote is "Luke, I am your father."

Oh I have a lot of favorite quotes. If I listed them all I'd be here all day but here are a few that I do love and come right to mind: Masterminds: "You know, I'm not a violent man but I really do think I'm going to have to kill someone here." Arsenic and Old Lace: "Yes, I did. But you don't think I'd stoop to telling a fib." (after just admitting to killing 12 men) "Insanity doesn't just run in my family... it practically gallops!" The last I'll list is from Father Gooseand it's a series of lines between two people but you have to hear the first three to understand the last: Lieutenant Stebbings: Mother Goose is requesting a chaplain. Commander Frank Houghton: A chaplain? Good heavens, he's killed her. Lieutenant Stebbings: No, sir. They want to get married. Commander Frank Houghton: Married? Goody Two-Shoes and the Filthy Beast? If you haven't seen any of these movies I highly recommend them. Masterminds isn't out on DVD yet but it is available on VHS. The others are all on DVD.

Mine is from the book/movie Dolores Claiborne, " Being a Bi*ch is all a woman has to live for. My other is from Gone With The Wind "Frankly my Dear, I don't give a damn". Those are the two that are my favorites.

Well, as I have said before, I am "old school" or older than dirt, but what about Barney Fife in Andy Griffith's tv show when he said "Nip it in the bud, just nip it".. I am not sure if anyone on here is old enough to remember the show or Barney, you had to see him and hear the line to appreciate the seriousness of this great advice that he was giving to Andy at the time.. Oh well, don't laugh at me, remember, if you live long enough, you will be as old as I am one day, lol.. Enjoyed all of the comments and remembered most of them..

If you remember that line, you are either old or just watched one of the reruns on TV land.. Usually when this particular show runs, there is a note before it starts and tells that this is the show that Barney used the line "Nip it in the bud, just nip it", so we must not be the only ones that remember it, we are just the only ones admitting that we remember it.. But, you gotta admit, it was osme good advice from old "Barn"

The quote that i'm gonna share here is not from movie or anime, its from taiwanese drama~ romantic princess. There a scene when princess Huang fu zhan run from her grandfather's castle, back to her beautiful house that she gave to her adopt parents. her adopt parents leave her and she was depressed to stay in her big castle faces with many rules and feeling uncomfortable... She stand in the front of that nice house, cried and said... "This expensive and nice house, without family is NOTHING!" Its really touched, since money cant buy happiness... Family is the center of our happiness, and the most important thing in my life is to make my family happy and proud of me.
