HI K8lyn07. Ice creams are one of my fave and maybe the recipe below could be useful to your home made ice cream: 1 quart Heavy Cream 1 1/4 cups Milk 1 1/4 cups White Sugar 10 egg yolks 1 vanilla bean, split and scrapped 1-2 cups of any fruit juice or puree 1. In a heavy saucepan, over medium heat, combine cream and milk. Place vanilla bean and scrapings in pot and sprinkle with half of the white sugar. Allow ti just come to a boil. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks together with the remaining sugar. When the cream is ready, pout a third of it into the egg mixture, and whisk. Pour egg mixture into remaining hot cream and return to the heat until mixture coats the back of metal spoon. DO not boil. 3. Strain custard and chill until cold. Then pour into the canister of an ice cream makre and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have an ice cream maker, when the custard have been cold after 2 hours, beat the mixture with a beater or hand beater/whisk in order to break the ice crystals. Place it back in the freezer and beat it up again every after 2 hours until mixture becomes thick and smooth. Freeze and its ready as ice cream. Any flavor of fruit can be added and you just have to puree or have the fruit blended in a blendor and place it in the mixture after cooking the custard. Happy eating!

This is pretty easy....and so unbelievable! * 5 eggs * 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk * 1/2 pint heavy cream * 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk * 1 1/2 cups white sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix * 4 cups milk DIRECTIONS 1. In large bowl, beat together eggs, evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla, with electric mixer. Beat in pudding mix until smooth. Pour into freezer canister of ice cream maker and add enough milk to bring mixture to fill line. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Vanilla Ice Cream Ingredients: 1 pt. Cream (1/2 liter) 1 pt. Milk (1/2 liter) 1 whole Vanilla Bean 9 Egg Yolks (190 g) 3/4 cups Sugar (150 g) You could substitute with vanilla extract or vanilla flavor if vanilla beans are not readily available in your area. Mix vanilla seeds with the sugar. Combine cream and milk, then add 1/2 of the vanilla-sugar to that mixture and stir. Mix the other half of the sugar to the egg yolks. Bring the cream-milk-sugar mixture to a boil. Temper and combine yolks with the boiling milk. Put saucepan back onto flame and cook until it coats the back of a spoon or until the mixture reaches 170 F. Strain into a bowl over ice. Cool. Five Ingredient Ice Cream INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup cold milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 pint heavy cream DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, stir together cold milk, vanilla, condensed milk and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold milk mixture into whipped cream. Pour into shallow 2 quart dish, cover and freeze for 4 hours, stirring once after 2 hours or when edges start to harden. Serve or store in an airtight container up to 10 days. I hope this is going to be enough for you. Try few of them as I have tried the first one and it's real good.
