Problem with Referrals

Is anyone else having problems with submiting refferals. I have sent 2 referrals to the same person because the didn't recieve the first one. What is the problem. It tells me that it has been submitted and shows me the e-mail address, so I check to make sure that it is correct, and it is.

i am because everytime i send my friends one they open the e-mail and say that there's nothing in it!
