When are Stars given to responses?

hi friend, as i can see, you are nearing 85 posts, so its few post away from 100 to get a star, this will be your reputation meaning the higher the number inside the star, the better your reputation at mylot. i got a 9 rating when i first reach 100 post and now that i am nearing 3000 posts my rating hasn't move down, although i fail to get perfect 10 i am still proud to say that my star did not decline its value. :)
