There are various designs on cell phones these days. But I still like the original one, the candy bar design. Once i used flip, but not satisfied. They said that the more complicated the design, the more fragile the phone is. Not quite sure about this, but will try to find out if this is true. Let us know your fave cell phone design. thanks..

I prefer flip phones, but I can't help but feel that flip ones seem to die faster. Probably due to the repeated motion at the flip joint.

I also don't like flip phones. I have a very tiny phone, fits in pocket and you can't even tell it's there--I'm going to miss it! I'm thinking about getting an iPhone or a Blackberry.

I really like phones in clamshell design, or what others call the flip design. But sad to say I haven't found one that really suits me. I've been on the lookout for new Sony Ericsson phones in this design, but there's none at present that suits my taste. I'm currently using a phone in rotate design, where the front part of the phone rotates 180 degrees to open. Personally, I find this somewhat difficult. I'd rather prefer the slide-up design because it's easier to open and use. But this phone I have now really suits my personality, and I'm having fun using it. If not for this rotating motion and for its somewhat bulky size, I'd say this phone is perfect for me. I don't like phones in candy bar design. I don't know, maybe it just doesn't pick my interest. But my brother says this kind of phone is the most durable.
