ChaCha Text (SMS) test not working?

Has anyone been able to get into this test? I would like to stay with ChaCha when they are in their new system but can not seem to get into the darn Text (SMS) test. I ahve taken the voice transcriber test already.

just a question. im a chacha guide, but im not familiar with the voice transcriber test....whats that?

About a week or so ago ChaCha sent out emails to all their users saying that they are upgrading their systems. In order to still be a guide you have to take the Text SMS test and the voice transcriber test.

hmm.....i never got that email, but i can still work as a guide when i sign in. odd?!

I was just getting ready to take the sms test...well it's been sitting there waiting for me to take and I've been too nervous to take it. I'm already doing the voice transcribing and love it but not looking for to the texting since it looks so hard. Well, now I guess if it's not working I can put that worry aside again. No I didn't know it wasn't working. Did you email them to let them know?

I emailed them a few days ago when I got the first test email. Since then I have received 3 other emails about the test that don't work.
