Adolescence is a developing stage in which the teenager, besides being in conflict with others in order to affirm his /her new personality, is mainly to conflict with himself/herself because he/she doesnot understand or control all that is happening inside him/her. It is as if he/she is trying to drive a car thet she/she is not in command of and so cannot proceed properly. It is a period of crisis through which everybody has to pass and so the behaviour of the adolescent at this stage should not be considered strange or abnormal. without these problems and uncertainities no one can reach maturity.
