Are shopping malls potential 'Flirting Zones'?

It seems so. Copy books say we can visit any mall and examine any item for any amount of time and yet not buy it.On the parallel lines flirting takes place between people.Do you agree?

it can be, there's a possibility that shopping malls can be a venue for flirting, actually any place can become a venue depending on the person coming in and out. shopping malls may be a flirting zone if the people going there choose to do the flirting at that place, otherwise it will not be considered as that.
even the church can be a flirting zone, when the people use that place to do their selfish deed.
