What are the benefits of professional facial massage?

im wondering what professional facial massage can do..rather than self massage,,i havent tried to go for professional massage ..have you ever tried to go on the professional facial massage..what are some benefit can do for facial massage plz,,share

It really relieves stress when someone does massage for you. But I occasionally go. I am not a regular visitor for facial. My motherinlaw used to do it for me whenever she is here. First she put a peel off, then put a scrubber and make me sit for half an hour and finally do some oil massage. I think I am right(!)
