can you browse other country's forum on myspace

and post in it? i can't and i wonder why. it's allowed to register an international account,while it's difficult to login on foreign forums,say nothing of post in it.i tried many times to login on myspace forums in other countries such as usa and canada but faild.when i click 'forum',it takes me to the chinese forum automatically,though i have clicked the forums of other countries. for a few times,i browse international myspace forums without logined on,it's ok,while i'm failed if i want to post in that foreign forum. what about you? do you have the same problem with me?
