Baked chicken

I have always been into cooking. one day when im blessed to retire and turn the garage over to someone else I want to ultimately have my own restraunt in myrtle beach sc lol. but back to the subject at hand. how many of you agree that baked chicken tastes good when you sear it befor you bake it

Man baked chicken is like the best kind of chicken out there. I get tired of fried chicken all the time. There are so many ways to arrange chicken. You can fry chicken, bake, grill it. Do I need to say more. But chicken is a great source of protein though!!!!

thats the main reason why I got it lol. going back to an old diet that I liked . baked chicken and salad for a whole month.
