I think we should not be disappointed with the dismissal of Shewag. He has played a wonderful innings. He has proved again that he wants to be in the Indian side for a long time. I think its a good sign that Shewag goes for a big hit even when he is reaching a milestone. This shows the unselfishness of the player who plays for the country and not for personal milestones unlike some players who have scored highest number of centuries not caring much for the victory of the nation

it may be that Sehwag missed the chance to score the 400 run mark and break Lara's record but it is a record in its own way.it is never easy to chase a total of 540 and still manage to score 300 runs in a manner Sehwag did.he scored a 300 run with the strike rate always more than 100.319 out of 304 balls is an amazing thing.it will remain a golden innings in the history of world cricket.Sehwag also made a great comeback in this series and wow what a innings he gifted
