Do you enjoy taking a good shower?
i did enjoy it very much.each time when i fell very tired ,i will go to the bathroom ,and take a good shower,and after the shower, i will be vigorous at once.
when i was pethymergastic, i will take a good shower ,and after the shower ,i will be better .

I enjoy a shower but not as much as soaking in a hot bath. It goes right through your whole body. I put essential oils in( wintergreen,cedar, and maybe lavendar) while I'm filling the tub. It's great...just takes you away.
