For the newbie who wants to build their own website and have a place to store the files or web pages that they have, here are some places that are Free. I've checked them out and they do what they say they will.

Adding one site to the list www.000webhost.com ,the very good place to create your free website with hosting also .but dont rely on their affiliate programs ,because your affiliate id will be removed from their list very often
