While walking along a beach at dawn an old man saw a boy
picking starfish up off the sand and throwing them back
into the sea. He caught up to the boy and asked him what
he was doing.
The boy replied that the starfish would die if left
exposed on the sand after sunrise.
"But this beach goes on for miles," the old man said.
"There must be thousands of starfish stranded on the sand.
What difference will it make to save just a few?"
The boy looked at the starfish he was holding in his hand,
then threw it onto the surf.
"Well, for that starfish it makes a big difference."
Have a great life from Deeky.

This is very true and we can all make a big difference to many people's lives along our life path. Those whose paths we cross who are stranded for some reason or another, we can accompany along the path until they have found their way again. Like the beach, it's a long path and we cross many others' paths, but if we can help just a portion of those, then it makes life worthwhile.
Brightest Blessings, my dear friend. x

That is a nice story that has such a profound meaning. It's like doing our best to help in this world one person at a time. That may not seem like alot but it means the world to that person.

That is so cool, Deeky. Where do you get these sweet pearls of wisdom from? I would love to put this on my other pages and blogs. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend.
