when do you do exercise,and how long do you last?

what's the best time to do exercise,and how long is better? this days,i begin to do exercise again,i always do exercise in the afternoon,and last about 1.5 hours,in the past most of th people said that do exercise in the morning is the best,because they think that in the morning the air is clearlies,and the temperature is not very suit.but some one said that it is better in the evening. what do you think?when do you do exercise,and how long do you do that?

I usually exercise in the morning, but I do not have a regular routine. I will do some weights some days, but I will be walking around the house and in the afternoon when it is warmer, I will take a walk that will last 45 minutes or more. We have the dumbbells under the couch so I will do a few lifts and crouches. I feel the more I move the better and besides when we go shopping for lumber for the basement, I get plenty of exercises cleaning the house, making the bed, doing the laundry, and helping my husband fix up the basement.

hey jimtommy!the best to exercise is in the morning cos i bet you,you won't be running after work cos you're too tired or you've got something planned,so morning it is!I run every morning for half an hour and I'll go swimming at night and sauna.
