Take your time, slow down. Date / Live together for several years, things wont go away if it's meant to be. Travel, experiance life first, save alot of money because after you have children it's very hard to do all those things.

I think whenever you know for sure that you want to spend the rest of your life with another person. As long as you are both adults the time should not matter. I suppose it would be better to finish college first but if you want to be with that person I think you could work out a marriage in college.

I think if you realize that this person is the right one for you, then you can marry him/her. For me, my feeling is the most important thing in any relationship.So, I think no matter how old you are, or how long you are together,if you feeling tells you to do so, then just do it!
