Today is the day I was born. I have received messages from family and friends all day. Everyone wishing me a happy birthday and telling how much they love me. This is great, however why do we always wait until a special event or holiday to tell our loved ones how much they mean to us? I tell my kids everyday how much I love them and how lucky I am to be their mom. I am another year older and I like to think a lot wiser. In the past I used to party and celebrate me. But today I have no plans and that is a first. I want to out and celebrate my birthday, but honestly I could take it or leave it. They say with age comes wisdom. Do you agree that the older we get the wiser we get? If this is so than wouldn't it be wise to let our loved ones know how we feel now rather than later before it's too late?

As what a quote says, "Don't put off anything you can do today for tomorrow." I agree with you, we don't have to wait before we tell someone what we feel - may it be love or hate. We all have to seize the moment and tell exactly how we feel so we don't have anything to regret in the future. Happy birthday to you!

What you say is true. Life is precious, every moment is important. Its really important to express one's feelings regularly, instead of waiting for a special occasion. That way its more natural instead of a formality. Any wish you a very happy birthday! May you be surrounded with your loved ones and happiness. Enjoy........
