As my mother language is not English, I have tried some ways to improve my spoken English, but as it lacks a good language environment, I find hard to improve it, What about you? Can you share with me? I will appreciate it.

I'm English so the language comes easy to me. I do know though, that some of our spellings and grammar are difficult to pick up, as well as pronunciation.
I have found a free English Language Course online for you, where you can listen to audio conversations, and practice. There is also a test area I believe. Here is the link...

I hope this will be of some help to you. I always found the best way to learn was by audio. Brightest Blessings.

For me spanish is my second langueage and i still have a long way to go in terms of mastering it. The thing i do apart from practicing it verbally is reading. I have gone as far as to buy spanish books so that i could read them on my own time and expand my vocabulary.
