Im 18 years old and i live in the USA. Here the drinking age is 21. I think it is an unfair age and in other countries the drinking age is 18. I feel at 18 your going to college and maturing and should be able to drinking within reasonable limits. What do you think?

Do you realize that more young people die from alochol posioning than should....Usually they are binge drinking and think that it can't happen to me..but it does happen to them....
No unless you are in the military and going to fight in a war you shouldn't be able to drink....I've heard your excuse a lot in my life time and I even said it once or twice myself......and in the 70's they lowed the drinking age to 18 and there was more drunk driving wreaks from you people than I could count....
I had to wait till I was 21 to drink and when I found out it wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be.......I woke up with a head ache and and upset stomach......Don't be in a hurry to grow up.....

Yeah, I think 18 should be the drinking age. There isnt a point putting the drinking age at 21 when lots of other countries are doing it at 18. People living there will feel that they are unfairly treated and drink at 18 anyway.
Learning all these is all part of growing up and the earlier you are exposed to such culture, the better you can mature. I'm sure by 18, you already know the consequences of your own actions.

Well, you can vote and join the armed forces at the age of eighteen as well as sign contracts and a slew of other things. If you are an adult and can make adult decisions such as these, why shouldn't you be able to drink? At eighteen you ought to be responsible for yourself by that age.
