I like to try and write songs but that doesn't usually go that well because I know what i want to say and then I just can't seem to put it down on paper when it all comes down to it...I don't really know why people do that I know alot of people that know what they want to put down on paper and then when it comes time to actually do it it just doesn't really work out that way...but it would be nice to have your work posted so that people can buy it from you and try and make hits out of it and then want your work again....

Cool response man.... Actually I don't have a problem like that...... I write and record all my own songs... I shoot for 100 a year....... Usually I will start with a subject like "falling in love" .... then the words just seem to flow out of me....... As for the music well... I play at least 12 different instruments rather well so it's not too much of a probem comming up with the music 'cause when I'm writing the lyrics I usually have the music playing in my mind already.......

I'm not a part of the music industry, by I have many musician friends and I have to give credit to everyone who has a part in music. It's truly a hard field to be a part in and takes immense talent. I'm just a poet, but being a musician is so much more.

Even though I barely play music anymore, I still find myself composing music in my head, and sometimes lyrics to go with it. I should probably actually take pen to paper, or mouse to software as it were and really set them down. But then I think it's just a waste a time.

I make music for a living. My daily routine is wake up, jump on the laptop and then start working on tracks (I'm affiliated with electronic based music). The hardest part about the music industry is getting on a label that will support you financially and artistically. There are ups and downs to the music buisness. If the label gives you a deal to make 2 eps and 1 LP a year you better give it all you have. And don't expect an active social life, once you get serious about your music, you have to dedicate yourself. The profession doesn't last forever and it consumes your life. The best part of the buisness is traveling. I've been to Russia, Germany, China, Japan, France, and when you travel you realize how strange it is that people from all over the world really listen to the stuff I bang out on my laptop!
