How could you determined the laptop you buy is best quality?

I buy a laptop, I think it is realible. I think nowadays factory defects of laptops could not be avoided. What laptop in the market today is the best quality and recommended by everyone. Neo, Acer, Hp, Toshibas, Fujitsu and others. pls response and comment on this. thanks

i dont care what no one says DELL IS THE BEST COMPUTER MAKING COMPANY THERE IS OUT THERE THEY HAVE CHEAP COMPUTERS AND THEY ARE SUPER FAST.
