It' s better to fly with AIRTRAN or JETBLUE ?

I'm planning my own honeymoon and I have to fly from los angeles to new york. I've found these two airlines. Have someone never used them. Which is the best cheap airline in USA? Please help me !

I've flown on AirTran a couple of times now, and have no complaints at all. Their flights left right on time and the service was good. Last summer I flew from Atlanta to Minneapolis with my son who had just been released from Army basic training. He was in uniform, so the airline bumped my son and his wife up to first class so they could sit next to each other (all of the other double seats were full). I thought that was pretty cool of them!
I would use them again. I've not had any experience with Jet Blue.
