i want to achieve my goals when i define them, i want to know how to say NO when i don't want something, i want to know what i want to do, if someone has some ideas where to start i'll appreciate it a lot.

For me, it's all about pacing myself. I've found that trying to get all motivated about something suddenly usually leads towards burning myself out and giving up.
Instead, I focus on making small steps towards the goal. For instance:
Health: 5 minutes of calisthenics each day, no more. I make portion sizes medium instead of large whenever possible, but don't restrict what I eat.
Finances: The goal is to make progress each month, not live in forced poverty. I use a monthly budget, but it's updated automatically throughout the month (See Yodlee.com or Mint.com)
Professionally: The goal is to learn a little more each day or week. Not drop everything for a cram session to get a certification or something similar.
If it's too painful, you won't do it. Some people have a higher tolerance for self-sacrifice, and I believe that can be developed too. I would just rather set up a plan so that I can achieve my goals without that pain. Life is for living.

My motto in life is that everything happens for a reason, the moment you let go of wanting to be something or have something you'll find life is so much easier. I try not to overthink anything now and go with the flow so to speak and i feel calmer, more serene - and to be honest life is going great. If i want something i go for it, if it doesnt work out i move on to the next thing. Life has a funny way of leading you where your meant to be :)
