Is there anyone else here who believes in the principles of health at any size?

For those who don't know, it's a lifestyle that embraces healthy intuitive eating and exercise. It involves trusting your body to tell you what it wants - whether that be certain kinds of nutritious foods, certain kinds of movement, sleep habits, etc. It's about living joyfully and to the fullest.
It's also about believing that a healthy lifestyle will result in your body finding it's own ideal target weight. That over-emphasis on calorie-restriction and weight-loss causes more health problems that it solves. And that bodies normally and healthfully come in different sizes and shapes, no matter what the weight-loss industry and the fashion industry say about it.
