There are many ways to be a volunteer in the activities.Sometimes you can find one on the internet by yourself, sometimes there is some information on the board in your university, and somentimes it is just told by somebody. So how do you get your the information about the volunteer and then get the opportunity at most time?

i run into them by accident, at my college placement office or bulletin boards, internet postings, residential bulletin postings, word of mouth, meeting someone by accident who tells me to check out an opportunity that i might be interested in. i am currently volunteering an internet job for a virtual reality fashion magazine as a Journalist, Editor, Project and Street Team i have also volunteered as Artist Intern, Copy Editor, World Trade Center Intern, Community Theater, Newsletter Editor for my home association, chambers of commerce booth attendant, Women's Business Conference, Performing Arts Center, John Robert Powers Teen Model, Me & Eds Promotional Model in my teen years for a relative's pizza place.

I tend to find volunteer opportunities through friends or through other volunteer opportunities. I found my first real volunteer work with a rabbit rescue through an expo about pets. Then through them I found a guinea pig rescue that I still volunteer with. And then through one of the guinea pig rescue volunteers, I heard about an opportunity to volunteer with marine mammals and I currently do that too. I've heard about a lot of volunteer opportunities since then, but I don't have time for a third one since I also work and go to school.
