I hate the amount of bad manner around these days. It is true with young and old though.
It really gets on my nerves when older people feel they have the right to jump the queue, or not say "excuse me" as they shove past you with their shopping trolley.
With young people it really should start with the parents. Unfortunately, many parents these days don't seem to have manners themselves. It is a sad situation.

Hi,
There are some who are like that very rude, does not think twice before hurting others. They blurt out what they think aloud.. If you can listen to them and accept them it should be okay but if you cannot.. I just cannot tolerate that behaviour.
Like wise I have seen too much of politeness is also very dangerous, because they do not mean what they say. Atleast I can believe people who are very frank and blunt, but too much of politeness irritates me. That is simply a make believe and there is no real politeness in them. They are just too polite to believe them..

I had an Aunt who was just like that. shelivedin Nebraska and we in south Dakota. We wentto their hometo vist and brought a ripe watermelon as a sort of hostess gift. Did she say thank you oh no she said humph doesn't look as ripe as those I grow We had lunch and my Uncle said grace and she looked at me and said you know kid you are getting fat? My Uncle turned red then she told my mom Margaret you look awful with that gray hair. My dad got it a little later she said Oscar you are squinting. for a doctor you should know to change your glasses ocassionally. That was the most uncomfortable visit I had ever had and I was only seven then and very keen to observe everything.

Yes that is crazy, but that is the way that some people are and there is nothing you could do about it. Maybe they are rude because they have a chip on their shoulder, or mainly because they are insecure with themeselves. But the next time someone is rude to you, the best thing you can do is kill them with kindess. Who knows, it might just rub off on them.

I think rude people are just insecure and bitter about other people's fate.

Well i guess it how some people were brought up. Parents now a days allow their kds to say anyhting they want without punishment. As far as i can say nothing much can be done for this behaviour other than to tell the person that their behaviour is unacceptable and if they can't get that message through their thick skulls then ignore them they'll get it then
