"The Sadness of Youth"
One memory from a thousand situations
Different circumstances but still the same evidence
I recall that from childhood it did begin
Despondency drowned like liquid, right to the rim
Every day a thousand mental images of anxiety
Every day a mind caving in to a foul fallacy
A soul lost in an endless pain capacity
Cannot have the audacity of reproaching depravity
One memory from a thousand feelings
Never did that void become redeemed
Always feeling socially unclean, in a conforming scene
Only despondency was the constant that gleamed
