well, we all have our varied interests and chararecteristics. But I have found that it takes a lot to adjust and adapt to varying conditions. It speaks of our range. Are we equally at home in a 7 star hotel as well as in a tribal forest area ? The answer ofcourse speaks of our range. Again we may adapt to different circumstances but how much ease with we are able to do it is the measure of our range. I have been trying to increase my range of adaptability. However it still is narrow when compared to the vast range that the spiritual Gurus exhibit. However it is worth the try. What do you think?

Being able to adapt is an essential skill for survival, definitly one can increase his range to increase his threshold and flexibility for coping with pressures and circumstances. Also, increasing one's awareness of his self and of his external environment can help an individual to better recognize his range and know to how and to what extent it should be increased in accordance with the surrounding set of circumstances.
