Filing a complaint against an attorney in Nevada

We contacted an attorney in Nevada as we have a Nevada Corporation. He was to file a legal action to recover the money that the former officers transferred into their own account without any authority to take that action. He has never filed any action to recover the money and assets and has taken money from an account in the corporate name without permission to pay himself. I want to pay but I want some type of result, we either win or lose in a court of law. I want to see if this attorney has other bar complaints against him.
