what will you do if the surgery is failed?

last year i got a gallstone surgery the normal days on stay at the hospital is 1 week.but i stayed for more than 2 months..the doctor the who was in charge of the operation doesnt admit the failure he does...i got 50/50 chance to live..thanks to GOD for the miracle..and i told my husband to get the lawyer..suddenly the doctor compromise the free medication for me..in regards with my surgery..if its happens to you what will you do?

hey, in general, everything in this world is not 100% possible at everytime. There can be failures due to the various reasons which are in general acceptable. But the doctor should be generous enough to accept it and give a free medication. Hats off to him. congrats yaar.

i dont think that free medication will be appreciated when they forced me to leave the hospital.
