What you get is percentage if sells take place from the 4 website provided and maintained free by Quixtar. Market Zone . Worldwide, Referral upline no commission until they mentor downline to a good extent which I like most. so, both have to work together.
Best part is that mentors I got are committed and I started questioning them about failures but then they showed me 1hr Program CD online and then spoke about forecast of internet marketing and much more citing experience. Day1 - Thought joining fees of $55 gone in water. Day2 - Got self confidence as upline mentors pumped in full support. Amway is probably one of the oldest MLM companies in existance. About 20 years ago I was involved with a company called NSA which specialised in water filters for the home which later on merged with Amway. With a strong downline you can make very good money in MLM, the problem I had was I was only 19 and making more money that I ever dreamed off, and being such a young age I didnt undestand the concept of business so I quickly started spending money before it came in which led to rather large debts. I wish you good luck in your new venture :)
