Watching the movie Enchanted

I am not sure how I really feel about this movie. My girls didn't think it was that great but it was kind of cute I thought. It was odd going from cartoon to real people. I think it had a really sweet ending. Do your children like it? Did you? The jury is still out in my house.

I like it! ^__^ It's kind of animated so it feels like i was watching a cartoon. The songs in the movie are so totally great. Especially the song "So Close (Jon McLaughlin), one of the sweetest,saddest songs ever.

Honestly, I loved the movie, as did my two daughters. I thought it was hilarious, very clever (like when they, for example, put the instrumental of "Part of Your World" in the background of the office, to kind of subtly hint that the red head who plays Patrick Dempsey's assistant is the woman who did the voice of Ariel in "The Little Mermaid").
They put a bunch of trivia like that in there, all over the place. And, some of the scenes or lines were so funny I think I wet myself. Also, it was interesting to see Susan Sarandon in a role like that.

I loved this movie. It was great. It was really a feel good film and you don't find a whole lot of them anymore, especially without any innuendo in them.

we have not been able to rent it yet. though it is on the top of our list. I think my daughters will like it, but my son??? probably not, lol. Another one we have not been able to rent is the nancy drew dvd.. red box lists it on their poster but not on the machine, so maybe it is always already being rented? seems kind of strange that it is always out when we get there.

i have enjoyed that movie alot.. and i like the part where he said.. oh its like you came out from the hallmark card.. hehe
