Are you closer to your MOM or to your DAD?

I'm closer to my dad because he understands how I feel about things an is willing to listen. My mother on the other hand gives me less of what I need. I still love them both.

i used to be closer to my dad, and i also discovered that my dad likes me more than my mom. though both are good but i prefer being with my dad despite the fact that i am the first born, my dad loves me better than other of his children.

I would say that I am closer to my mom. I have lived with my mom all my life. She is som much too me. I do not know what I would do with out a mom. My grandma was very special to me also, and I really appreciate having someone that actually cares for me.

I have always been very close to my mom, and very far from my father. He was an abusive drunk and beat on my mom and us all of the time. He is now gone from this world, for the last 7 years, and the world and my mom are better without him. I think the reason I am so close to my mom is because I was the one to always try to protect her even though I had older sisters and I was the one who took the beatings for protecting her. But I would do it over again and again if I had to live it over. I love my mom very much and I have the most respect for her. She lived with an a??hole, for us 8 kids and put up with it because she had no where else to go, there was no welfare back then.

I am very close to my dad but I am also close to my mom. I was not really that close to my mom growing up, my sister was much closer to her. Now my mom and her hardly get along, but she and I are doing well. I am lucky

I am closer to my mom when I was young. I have 5 sisters and 3 brothers. I stayed with them 'til I got married at 19. My dad liked or paid more attention to my sister older than me..I am the youngest by the way. I am closer to my mom because she was always there and dad had to work as well. I was closer to my mom. My mom passed away in 97. I love my dad but I feel like my mom was the glue in our family, she held us all together, without her were a bit lost in our relationship.
