I like the Colgate Total Advanced Health, it leaves my teeth feeling super clean. I also find it does a nice job of whitening. If I don't have any left, and I don't want to shell out the money for more (it's a bit pricey) I will use the Colgate Total plus Whitening.

I too use colgate but this does not signify that it is the best paste. What is best for an individual would depend on the needs of the person. For example for a person who is having sensitive gums emoform would be much more useful than colgate.

we like colgate too...it is the only one i've tried that actually makes you feel like your mouth are cleaner. i think we use the total one or something like that...
the worst toothpaste ever is aim, i'm not sure if they even still make it...it is not even ADA approved, lol.
Sometimes we will use crest, but it just doesn't do much for us!

I currently use a natural toothpaste that is flavored with Anise and cloves, I really like it! plus it does not have that awful fluoride in it. When I was a child we used colgate powder toothcleanser it came in a red tin - it was primarily baking soda, I think. It did have a minty flavoring added to it as well.. we would dash a little powder into the cup of our palm and then swirl our wet toothbrush in it - then on to the teeth.
