I belong to a website called Gather. It is very similiar to my lot and I got 20 of my connections to sign up with mylot. Instead of discussions you can write articles, poems, games, post pictures and have them commented on and rated. You can also create and join all kinds of different groups to post your articles and pictures to. Hope this helps.
