I like to know if anyone cans at all cause i like to start.So if any one one can tell me any thing i be happy and thankful.I grow Tomatoes,Green beans and yellow ones,hot peppers,cumbers,corn.Thank you

I used to can fruit, jams, and pickles years ago. But there are just 2 of us now, so don't do it any more. Ball (the makers of Ball canning jars) puts out a recipe book that is really quite good. Good luck on your canning project.

I used to can some years ago but since my family has gotten so small i don't any more but here are a couple of good sites that give you a lot of recipes and information. http://www.canning-food-recipes.com/ http://www.homecanning.com/They should answer any questions that you have. Canning has changed since I did it bacause the vegetables have a different acidity now than it did back then. Good luck with your canning
