Do you mean your hair is coming out? I have problems from time to time with my hair coming out, I do not have a shower at home and so I know it is not through that. It could be down to a number of things, what you eat, you might be lacking something in your diet. It might just be down to your body, I seem to shed hair at certain times of the year. Changes in hormones, like if you have just had a baby or if you are just pregnant, and too much brushing can sometimes loosen hair.

Then if you have recently moved it could be stress or mither of the move, as that can cause it too.

Pare I'm not sure if your warm shower has something to do with an increase hairfall. That's something I don't get to hear often, or not at all.
I guess, you may want to consult a specialist to see your case. Unless there are some who are here in mylot who can seriously help you, then good for you. Hairfall is common during bathtime. It gets problematic when it gets to fallout densely as one would normally do. It might be hormonal, hereditary, dietary or some "unhealthy" habits which may be aggravating it.
So buttom line, get help. If it is something that you cannot anymore prevent, well try to convince yourself that Father Time has gotten the better of you. lol

Since you have no bald spots, this could be a change in your diet. I would really start to worry if you are missing a small patch of hair or a larger one. Then you need to go see a skin doctor so they can help you. But if you still have a full head of hair and it is not thining out, then you should be ok. Just keep an eye on it.

What shampoo do you use? I have heard of a couple shampoos that can cause this. For example, I used to use Pantene. Not anymore...lol. Also, everyone loses a certain number of hairs per day, but unusual hair loss can be caused by diet, stress, medications, age, pregnancy, and your SHAMPOO! :) If you're not losing large chunks of your hair then it's probably not a hugr cause for concern, but if it is just a bit more than normal, look at any changes you may have made in diet and medications, and maybe it's just stress. ( certainly hope not!- if so I hope you feel better )
Good luck!

Thanks for making me realize this, honest I fail to consider about my shampoo and conditioner. I was just thinking maybe its the hot water....hahhaha...good thing, I have asked here you know, for some reason, It made me learn.I was just very dependent about the product for like 6 yrs already since This is the only product that suits to my hair I believe. I gave a try to others but it will make my hair very dry!

I don't think that a hot shower would cause that. aswe all grow older we lose a few more hairs and I think that is only natural. it if is a lot of course you should see your doctor to be checked up but I think it is probably normal.

it can be on your shampoo or even on your conditioner so i suggest that you should switch to other shampoo and conditioners as well this can be sometimes as one of the reason why we lose some hair
