how can we help my cousine?

My cousine is two years younger than me well she'll be 16 in a couple of days and she's been cutting school and she's always so depress. Her mom doesn't say a word and her dad is always drinking he's controling everybody! and she has an older sister who went through all that and an older brother but she wont tell us whats wrong. Her sister asked her if she wanted to moved with her but she said ''no'' and she keeps giving us hints like ''you wouldnt understand'' and ''i can't tell you whats wrong cuz if i tell you theres gonna be a fight in the family'' but we dont know what to do. What do you think is bugging her?
