How long do you use mobil phone in one day?

More and more experts say mobile phones could kill far more people than smoking or asbestoes. They say people should avoid using them wherever possible and the governments and mobile phone industry must take "immediate steps" to reduce exposure to their radiation.
Here I would like to know how long do you use your mobil phone in one day? I bring the mobile phone with me everyday. But the total time I talk through the mobil phone is no more then 30 minutes.
And do not forget use your left ear!

Yes, Even I think people should avoid using mobiles as much as possible. I use mobile phone 30 min per day to talk to friends and family.
Any resons to use left ear???????????

i use my mobile 1 hour for talking to my friends and more 2 hours to listen to music.

I hardly use my mobile phone everyday. I use it maybe at least 3 minutes a day. Most of the time, I usually keep my mobile phone off because I do not want to waste my battery, even though I sometimes forget to charge it.

I text more then anything else. I don't make too many calls within a day.

well i use only about ha;lf an hour or so and not beyond that .dear friend,i want to ask you a question and that is is it good to hear the calls from the left side or from the right side.....please let me know because i have some confusion in that.
