Hi mengyuan, my dad was very good in cooking steak and the dish he prepared was really yummy. I ate a lot during those earlier days I liked and ate a lot of yummy steaks. Due to certain reasons, nowadays I never eat beef anymore. What I have learned from my dad is the part of beef chosen is of major important. The way of cutting and seasoning should be taken into consideration as well. The degree and time of cooking that count too. The ingredients as well as the spices for preparing the tick soup as the topping is really a challenging task. Hope this could help you to some extent.
posting and have a nice day.

The timing of the cooking all depends on how you like it cooked. Some people like a really rare steak and will only cook it for a couple of minutes. Most steaks take about 9 minutes on the grill about 4 1/2 minutes on each side. But it also depends how thin the meat is, if it really thing 4 minutes might be long enough a real thick steak might take 15 minutes, it also depends on the heat of the grill. Just cook it till it looks good to you. All the pink on the outside should be gone, but after that point it is a matter of taste how much longer to cook it.
I like squirting some lemon on my steaks and then sprinkling them generously with Goya salt, or soul seasoning. Good Seasons Italian dressing makes a nice marinade.
