Oh please don't get me started on the Post Office. Mine has 10 windows and there is never more than 3 windows open and I am not talking about lunch time - it's all the time. I never get out of mine less than 45 minutes to 1 hour, it a shame.

wow , why would they charge a person shipping for stamps , ehhh like thats in bizzarro world or something , i dont know what it is about the Post Office , like i think the person who created the Post Office also made his sister the DMV cause there is a forever lasting of people and lines inside there..the post office i can see now i'll have to catch it during the morning hours when everyone else is at work , as for the DMV you might as well knock out everything your doing the day before cause ig you have things scheduled including the DMV ehhhh chances are it aint gonna happpen

Geez, I have the same observation as you.
I simply dread it when I need to visit the post office for anything.
I cannot understand why there are SO MANY people there at most times.

Never go to the post office on weekends or lunch or other peak periods.

Unfortunately, it is quite a common scene in every post office here, you can drive several miles away from your regular P.O hoping you don't have to wait that long just for a postage question, but you will end up in almost a similar situation again --long line of people in front of counter. I always wonder why P.O like to have many counters at the same times only want half of them in operation mode, may be they are short handed, or it is just the way federal employees work since they can work at their own sweet time pace because they are federally funded, no need to be efficiency n competent.

Hello Gesusdid! What country are you from? I guess it depends from different places. The post office clerks here are quiet fast. When they see the line is too long, they won't stop working until there won't be people waiting. I think I am lucky that the post office assistants here in Davao city are very efficient.
