how does one earn star rating???

My query is how does one earn star rating on MyLot? I am currently 8 star. what does it mean? how do you increase your star rating? does higher star rating means higher earnings??? thanks.

it comes as how much you are raed by other mylotters. then comes the reputation. based on the reputation, those stars are defined.

i guess you have to post more and get more referals... i will be on the look out on this discussion to find the right answer... i am also a little bit confused....
