is hits4pay good???

i dont know about this site, i just joined it. but my query is whether hits4pay is good? do they really pay? i received a $10.00 bonus when i signed up. and their minimum payout is $25.00... any idea???

it must be good as i joined around 3 days ago and i already got .16$....
