I have an officemate/friend who happens to be the granddaughter of a famous actor/director here in our country. At age 85, her grandfather is well-built, energetic, good looking and still very active. Without asking what his age is, one could mistake him as aging only between 50 and 60. One time, I asked my friend what's the secret of his grandfather's youth. She said it is good lifestyle and a cocktail of medicines, vitamins and other supplements. She added his grandpa takes more or less 20 vitamins per day.
Do you take vitamins and supplements too? What vitamins do you take and what it is for?

I don't like taking pills of any kind. I have occasionally taken vitamins, but most of the time I don't. Most of the time when I do take pills, it is because of some problem. Right now, the only one I take is for diabetes and I don't take that often. Since I am in China, they give me the traditional Chinese medicine most of the time rather than the western medicine I was taking before I came here.

I don't take Vitamin Tablets, because I can't stand to swallow them. I do take a Liquid Vitamin Supplement Called VEMMA. It stands for Vitamins, Essential Minerals, Mangosteen, and Aloe. It contains 12 vitamins and minerals from Vitamin A to all the B Vitamins and a lot of antioxidants. One of my friends turned me on to it and I was a little skeptical at first, but it's really good stuff. Here's the website address if you are interested. http://www.myvemma.com/RJEBiz
