How can I cash in my AlertPay check here in the Philippines?

hello guys! any filipino here received an alertpay check in the philippines? Can you tell me where can I cash in my AlertPay check here in the Philippines? Some said that we need to open a dollar account in local banks, but that is too expensive and big when depositing a minimum amount. Are there any other options here where you can help me? I'm from Bacolod City. Thanks!

Try finding a trustworthy friend who have a credit card so you can just transfer your alertpay money there and withdraw it afterwards. :)

I already have a credit card in UnionBank, an E-ON visa electron, so I dont know if they accept outright deposit in my AlertPay check, but can you suggest what other banks can accept outright deposit into my peso account?

Oh I see.... It is a check so you can just present two valid IDs to cash it out from a bank.

Are you sure? Have you done it in your own bank? The check's currency are in US dollars, so I don't know how can they accept my check since my unionbank e-on card is only a visa atm peso account, because the validity of my check is only 60 days. When I open a dollar account, it will cost me too much and I have no enough money for that.
