I have been hearing that it is unwise to say that you want to lose weight as when you loose things you want to find them again... I have heard one chiropractor say that a person who is losing weight is becoming debulked and have heard of others saying that they were becoming lighter...
What do you say to your self regarding weight and your desire to be thinner?
And what actions have you taken to get thinner?

Interesting thoughts. I never thought about it ike that.
My weight is out of controle and nothing seems to help much. Not even getting help for years from a dietician. I have an illness that may cause weight gain, and that makes getting the weight down again hard. I am very careful not to eat food that makes me gain fast. I do my very best, and that will just have to do nomatter what the endresult will be

Wondering what that illness is? Hoping that you have luck with your efforts... sending good thoughts and blessings your way... Thinking that your efforts will pay off better than you think they will.

I have been trying several ways to lose weight. I tried the 11 day diet scheme. I shed some pounds but i gained again after a while. I tried gym work out, but after i stopped, my size doubled. I don't know what is wrong with me but i seem to be gaining weight again and again. How I wish i will be thin again, because i am thin during my college days. Any help pls.

It seems that slow and steady works, changing one thing in the diet works, and adding exercise works...
But it also seems that doing anything too out of the ordinary or too radical does not work because it makes it less likely that you will continue to do it.
You are not alone in seeing more pounds go on after stopping exercise or a radical diet plan.
You may want to talk to a dietician and your physician as sometimes they can give tips about how to reduce weight in a healthy way.
